These terms apply to work carried out by Boothville Services Ltd, 37 Lumbertubs Lane, Northampton.

Quotes

Site visits and quotes are free and carry no obligation. Each written quote sets out the work included. Anything not listed is not included unless agreed in writing.

Accepting a quote

A contract is formed when you accept our written quote.

Scheduling and weather

We agree a start date with you. Outdoor work can be affected by weather, and we will keep you informed of any changes.

Changes to the work

If you ask for extra work, or something unexpected is found once work begins, we will discuss it and agree any change in price before going ahead.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote and invoice.

Waste

Waste we remove is handled as an Environment Agency registered waste carrier (CBDU546151).

Insurance

We hold £5,000,000 public liability insurance.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including cancellation rights for contracts agreed away from our premises.
