Our story
Who we help and what we do
Boothville Services Ltd is based at 37 Lumbertubs Lane, Northampton, and is run by Mark Beech. We work for homeowners, landlords and commercial customers who want outside work done once and done right.
We specialise in four areas: driveways and patios (block paving, resin and slabbing), landscaping and clearances (fencing, decking, hedges, trees and licensed garden clearance), general building (masonry, brickwork repairs, porch steps and structural alterations) and exterior cleaning (camera-checked gutter vacuuming, roof, solar panel, fascia and soffit cleaning).
Because we cover so much, you do not need to juggle three different trades. One team can clear the garden, lay the patio, fit the fence and clean the gutters, with one quote and one person to talk to.
We cover Northampton and its neighbourhoods, from Boothville and Parklands to Duston, Hunsbury and Far Cotton. Landscaping and property services across Northampton.
Mission and standards
How we work on every job
Groundwork done properly
Most driveway, patio and fence problems start underneath. We dig out, prepare and compact the base before anything goes on top, using CPCS licensed operators on the machinery.
One clear written quote
Every job starts with a free site visit. You get the price and the scope in writing, with no obligation to go ahead.
You are kept informed
If the weather or anything else changes the plan, Mark lets you know. Customers mention this in their reviews.
Waste taken away legally
We are an Environment Agency registered waste carrier (CBDU546151), so clearance waste is disposed of properly, not fly-tipped.
Proof, not promises
Our gutter vacuum has a camera, so you can see what has been cleared rather than taking our word for it.
Site left tidy
We clear up as we go and leave your property clean when the job is finished.
What is included in each job, and the standards it is built to, is set out clearly in your written quote. Ask Mark about anything at the site visit.
